CAT Mastery (the "Website") and the CAT Mock Analyzer Chrome Extension (the "Extension") are tools designed to help you track and analyse your CAT mock test performance. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). This is used solely to authenticate you and keep your data private.
Mock Analysis Data. The Extension lets you log per-question data from your mock tests. This includes: question number, status (correct / incorrect / skipped), topic and sub-topic, time spent, confidence level, and reasons for incorrect or skipped questions. You explicitly enter every piece of this data — nothing is collected automatically.
Platform URL. The Extension reads the URL of your currently active browser tab to auto-fill the "Platform URL" field. This saves you from manually copying and pasting. No page content, DOM, or other website data is accessed.
All data is used exclusively to provide the mock analysis dashboard on the Website — computing aggregate metrics, topic mastery, error patterns, time efficiency, and cross-mock trends. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Data is stored in a Supabase database (project hosted on Supabase Cloud).
The Extension stores a local draft copy in your browser's chrome.storage.local
so you can resume an in-progress analysis if the popup is closed.
This draft is cleared after successful submission.
We use Supabase for authentication and database services.
The Extension communicates only with *.supabase.co endpoints.
The Website uses Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics —
this does not include personally identifiable information.
You can delete individual mock sessions from the Website at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at divyamg2001@gmail.com. We retain your data until you request deletion.
This service is intended for CAT aspirants aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
